Vorticity induced mid-level circulation developing near 24.5N 85W. Quasi-stationary with perhaps a slow drift to the east northeast. Ridge to the north with good outflow in that quadrant. System is at the tail end of an old frontal boundary and could bring some rain to the peninsula late Monday - early Tuesday. Some additional development is certainly possible.
Cheers,
ED
