The American Meteorological Society holds a biannual conference on hurricanes and tropical meteorology; the next edition is coming up in April out in Monterey, CA. They posted the program for the conference today, available at this link. There's a lot of really interesting stuff that will be talked about at the meeting, including a lot of preliminary research into the 2005 hurricane season. Just posting this as a general FYI for anyone interested.
