Site usage TIP Mouse Over Abbreviations

For those who do not know.
If you place your mouse pointer on top of some abbreviations it will tell you the meaning…

For instance put your mouse on this: CFHC or TWO or GFDL or TUTT so on..

This works in all message body forums on this message board..
