No to derail anything, but, ya'll can call me a freak, but I am sure I am not alone, especially on this site when I say I LOVE hurricanes. I have studied the weather since I was a kid. I know hurricanes are destructive and can be totally devistating, but they are fascinating. It sucks to be a homeowner and live only a few houses form the Caloosahatchee River as I do, but they are amazing forms of nature. Last year during Wilma I never went to bed until the day after the storm, stayed up all nigth, even driving around town during the middle of the storm. Yea, I'm one of those idiots. Sorry but I just had to fill ya in, since today is my first day POSTING here, not visiting, but posting. Thanks to whomever created this place, it's definately one of the best!
