Not much happening here about 10mi N of Cape Hatteras. It appears that of all spots on the SE coast, Hatteras may ride this one out with a minimal scraping. I am surprised no watches have yet been issued given how long it takes to roust the tourists out of here, but there has been no activity in the stores, and WX conditions are superb.
