Tropical wave focused near 29N 52W at 15/23Z has become much better organized during the day today. Convection has increased and development of initial banding has started. System is moving to the northwest and should continue to do so with an eventual turn to the north. Good probability that the system will evolve into a Tropical Depression on Wednesday (taking another look, maybe early Wednesday).
Cheers,
ED
