E Gulf today

Been noticing a small cyclonic motion to activity in the E GOM today. Earlier Sattelite showed a cyclonic rotation at about 27.5 n and 86 W. local mets stated the pattern was being enhanced by 'upper' disturbances, however I can not find any visual satellite support for an upper feature. The current radar is also hinting at a broad cyclonic pattern. Since I'm not privy to the charts, anything going on here?
