latest data from NOAA3... there almost to the center... and i would think that sense there staying at about 7,550ft.. on the inbound.. there mission is a little different, or they may see a closed center on radar on the plane... last check there about 20 miles from center of Dolly.. winds at flight level at 7,749ft... From 117Â° at 40 knots (From the ESE at ~ 46.0 mph... they should be hitting the convection soon.
