ALSO THE 00Z EURO IS MORE BULLISH ON TRACKING A POSSIBLE TROPICAL SYSTEM ACROSS CUBA MONDAY AND INTO THE SOUTHEAST GULF TUESDAY. WITH THE AXIS OF THE SHARP UPPER TROUGH TO OUR WEST...THIS WILL HAVE TO WATCHED CLOSELY.
