looking for a prediction graph

hello, this is probably easy for you, but I couldn't find it:

just a graph (no video) with the actual path taken by Ike and the 120-hours
forecasted path as given by the National Hurricane Center

or alternatively the data in computer-readable form, so I can draw my own graph
