Yet another Invest area - this one is just off the west coast of Africa located near 14.9N 19.1W at 03/18Z. Early model runs take the system off to the northwest. Development is certainly possible, but conditions are marginal and movement to the northwest would be toward drier air.

ADDED: On Saturday the system became disorganized and the Invest is no longer being tracked.
