Format of xml file of current storms?

Hi! Where can I find information about the format of the xml file of the current storms?
I am referring to the link http://flhurricane.com/xml/currentstorms.xml.
Currently there no storms and this link returns just this:
<?xml version='1.0' standalone='yes'?> <currentstorms> </currentstorms>
Is it the same as the format of the storm element in the form history link? (There is also the http://flhurricane.com/cyclone/stormhistory.php?storm=9&x=1&year=2004)
Thank you in advance for your help.
