Southeastern Calcasieu Parish in southwestern Louisiana...
* Until 1030 PM CDT.
* At 1010 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
tornado was located over Westlake, moving southeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

and Carlyss around 1015 PM CDT.

Interstate 10 in Louisiana between mile markers 20 and 35.
