Southeastern Grady County in southwestern Georgia...
Southern Thomas County in south central Georgia...
Southwestern Brooks County in south central Georgia...
* Until 100 PM EDT.
* At 1201 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 12 miles south of Cairo to near Tallahassee State
College, moving east at 55 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Tallahassee, Monticello, Tallahassee State College, Florida State
University, Thomasville, Florida A and M, Boston, Doak Campbell
Stadium, Morven, Barwick, Alma, Lake Bradford, Gaither Community
Center, Tallahassee Memorial Hosp, Everett, Walker Ford Community
Center, Rocky Hill, Miccosukee, South City, and Griffin Heights.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 200 PM EDT for Big Bend
Florida...and south central Georgia.
