Overview of Templates for Articles

The Cyclone wiki system supports templates, which are predefined bits of html that can be reused, with these parameters can be added to further modify them.

They have been put to use in the system to help streamline article updates:

They are placed into a post/article by using { { two curly brackets like {{TemplateName}}

Some examples of existing templates are: {{StormLinks|Name|StormNumber|AnimationNumber|year|floaternumber|title}} 1 name is storm name
2 stormnumber is the storm season number or invest number,
3 AnimationNumber is the model loop animation number (increments by 1 per year)
4 year is the storm year
5 floaternumber is the number of the floater sat links used.
6 title - Title for top
