90E has formed in the East Pacific and on Rainbow Image it looks good:
Figure 1: Rainbow Image of 90E in the Eastern Pacific.
Note: Image Updates By It's Self

In The Eastern Pacific Tropical Weather Outlook issued by the they said this:
TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
NWS TPC/NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL
400 AM PDT FRI MAY 25 2007
FOR THE EASTERN NORTH PACIFIC...EAST OF 140 DEGREES WEST LONGITUDE..
A NEARLY-STATIONARY AREA OF LOW PRESSURE IS LOCATED ABOUT 525 MILES
SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF MANZANILLO MEXICO. ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF
THIS SYSTEM IS POSSIBLE DURING THE NEXT DAY OR AS IT MOVES
SLOWLY.
I think that it will be no threat to land.
