Format of xml file of current storms?
      #92464 - Wed Apr 04 2012 01:50 PM

Hi!
Where can I find information about the format of the xml file of the current storms?

I am referring to the link http://flhurricane.com/xml/currentstorms.xml.

Currently there no storms and this link returns just this:

<?xml version='1.0' standalone='yes'?>
<currentstorms>
</currentstorms>

Is it the same as the format of the storm element in the form history link?
(There is also the http://flhurricane.com/cyclone/stormhistory.php?storm=9&x=1&year=2004)

Thank you in advance for your help.

That link should work after a storm begins to form. I believe the first formation will be AL90.
Also seen in the left sidebar, second section from the top.

Currently:
None
HypeScale :0

Thank you for reply.

I understand that this link should not return anything now as there nothing to return.
My question was what is the format of the returned xml file. In other words what would be between the <currentstorms> tags if there were active storms.

I need this information because I would like to update our web portal very 2 or 3 hours with this information.

Thank you in advance for your help
